What I'm strongest at, and why it matters
What changed because of the work
- Unified five enterprise platforms under one design system at Bright MLS
- Shipped three new products — Teams, Media Center, Listing Assistant — across eight teams
- Designed digital services across federal agencies — USTR, NCI, HHS
- Built a repeatable UX practice from scratch that moved design‑to‑development 5x faster
- Designed and built two SaaS products end to end, in production React
- Validated two premium product concepts projected at $1M–$9M in annual revenue
Fifteen years, discovery through delivery
How I decide
- P·01Simplify before beautifying.
- P·02Design with engineers, not for them.
- P·03Prototype early — argue with evidence, not opinion.
- P·04Accessibility is product quality, not compliance.
- P·05Measure outcomes, not deliverables.
Designer by trade, artist at heart
I think in systems: not screens, but the roles, states, and workflows underneath them. Fifteen years of enterprise and government work taught me where I'm most useful — software people are required to use, where clarity is the whole job. I work at the seam between design and engineering, and I've shipped my own products end to end, so I know what a design costs to build. Off the clock: nature, yoga, music, and building small things for the joy of it.
If something in your product has grown more complicated than it should be — that’s my favorite kind of problem.
