The project

Always Recovering Junk provides junk removal, estate cleanouts and bulk hauling services throughout Frederick and the surrounding region. Their previous site lacked clarity and made it difficult for customers to understand pricing, request quotes or trust the quality of the service.

Working alongside another team, I led the UX design and helped build a clean, conversion focused website with clear service descriptions, strong visual hierarchy and simplified quote and contact forms. The result is a professional, user friendly site that builds confidence and improves lead generation.

Brand & marketing

The brand runs on a hard-working, work-truck system pulled straight from the live site: a signature red (#B71A02) backed by black, gold and white, Anton for display headlines with Oswald subheads and Montserrat body copy, and the hand-lettered “no junk” logo the company already owned. The voice comes verbatim from the site — “Junk Removal Frederick, MD Can Trust,” “Need Junk Gone Fast?” and “Free Estimates, No Hidden Fees.”

Below, the system at a glance: a brand sheet and a sequence of square social post templates set in the site’s own copy, alongside the company’s real service flyer.
